Search for Mandi Bahauddin Constable Zain Abbas Enters Seventh Day in Ghazi Barotha Lake

The search and rescue operation to locate Mandi Bahauddin police constable Zain Abbas (1683/C), who drowned in Ghazi Barotha Lake in Attock, has entered its seventh consecutive day.

Mandi Bahauddin District Police Officer (DPO) Kamran Amir Khan reviewed the ongoing search and rescue operation being conducted with the assistance of Navy and Special Services Group (SSG) commandos.

Navy and SSG divers, along with drone surveillance teams, are continuing their search for Constable Zain Abbas in Ghazi Barotha Lake. All available resources are being utilized to locate the missing police officer.

During his visit to the site, DPO Kamran Amir Khan conducted a detailed review of the operation and received a briefing from the relevant officers and rescue teams regarding the progress of the search.

The DPO also met with the family of Constable Zain Abbas and expressed his sympathy and condolences. He assured the family that the entire Mandi Bahauddin Police force stands shoulder-to-shoulder with them during this difficult time.

DPO Kamran Amir Khan said that Constable Zain Abbas was part of the police family and that every possible resource was being utilized to locate him. He further assured the family of full support and cooperation from the Mandi Bahauddin Police.

He directed the Navy, SSG, rescue and drone surveillance teams to make effective use of all available resources and continue the search operation until its conclusion.

The Mandi Bahauddin Police expressed solidarity with the family of Constable Zain Abbas and reiterated their commitment to providing every possible support during this difficult period.
